Ash Chopping Board 40cm x 30cm
Handcrafted one-handed in my Yorkshire workshop, this solid ash chopping board is made for everyday use and built to last. Each board is individually made from carefully selected ash hardwood, giving every piece its own natural grain and character.
At 40cm × 30cm, it gives you plenty of room for everyday food preparation without being too large to handle or store. Ash is a strong, hard-wearing timber with a clean, natural appearance that works beautifully in both traditional and modern kitchens.
Each board is carefully sanded by hand and finished with food-safe oil to protect the timber and bring out the natural grain. No two boards are exactly alike — this is a genuinely handmade piece, not a mass-produced chopping board.
